Hillary Songer is an experienced recruiting professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition. At Capital One, Hillary has held the roles of Recruiting Manager and Principal Recruiter, while previously serving as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter at Gartner. Hillary also worked as a Talent Recruitment Strategist and Operations Coordinator at Uplift Education, and as a Chapter Consultant for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. Hillary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language and Hearing Science from Purdue University between 2008 and 2012.
