Gerry Souser

Gerry Souser is an accomplished Program Manager at Capital One, specializing in executive development within the Enterprise Learning & Development team, and has been with the company since February 2019. Promoted to Principal Associate in January 2022, Gerry has developed programs to enhance general management skills and has successfully launched initiatives such as the Product Foundations Bootcamp.
