Hillary Hall, MBA, is a Principal Recruiter at Capital One, where they support tech teams and internal associates with the internal mobility process. They began their career as a Student Athletic Trainer in 2011 before transitioning into various marketing and recruiting roles, including positions at Dominion Energy and Bon Secours Health System. Hillary holds a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.S. in Human Nutrition Food and Exercise from Virginia Tech.
