Jason Strle

Jason Strle currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Discover Technology at Capital One since May 2025. Prior to this role, Jason was the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Discover Financial Services from July 2023 to July 2025. Jason has extensive experience in technology leadership, having worked at Wells Fargo as Executive Vice President and Group CIO for Payments, Virtual Solutions, Innovation, and Community Banking from December 2017 to July 2023. Additionally, Jason held various positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Managing Director for Global Technology and Chief Technology Officer from May 2005 to December 2017. Jason's career began at NetJets as a Senior Developer from January 2002 to January 2005, contributing to projects such as Aircraft Maintenance Planning System and Real-Time Flight Monitoring. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ohio University.
