Joanna Snead

Joanna Snead is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at Capital One since November 2014, Joanna leads a team that delivers mobile and web intelligent experiences for millions of consumers. Prior to this role, Joanna worked as an Associate Product Manager at Promontory Interfinancial Network, where responsibilities included building a multi-sided marketplace for bank assets and engaging in user research for product enhancements. Joanna also held a Senior Consultant position at Excella Consulting, focusing on projects such as USAJOBS.gov and the energy and security sectors, and previously served as a Senior Consultant at Kadix Systems.
