John Lero

Enterprise Problem Manager

John Lero has extensive experience in both ministry and technology management. From 1996 to 2005, John served as the Director of Children Ministry at Christ Church International, followed by a role as Director of Service Production at Wiregrass Church from 2006 to 2011. John's ministry career continued at Journey Christian Church from 2015 to April 2018, where responsibilities included managing staff leaders and enhancing volunteer engagement. Concurrently, John worked as a Graphic Artist & Marketing professional at Hardwick & Son Printing between 2001 and 2006. Transitioning to technology, John joined Capital One in April 2022 as an Enterprise Problem Manager, where John oversees critical technology issues across multiple divisions and leads initiatives to enhance service resiliency. Prior military experience includes serving as a Basic Rifleman in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1993 to 2001.
