Kaitlyn Shi

Kaitlyn Shi is an accomplished individual currently engaged as an Incoming 2023 Business Analyst Intern at Capital One since October 2022. With a robust background in economics and political science, Kaitlyn serves as Treasurer for the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, and is a Group Leader for the Midquarter Mentored Study Program at Northwestern University. Additionally, Kaitlyn fulfills the role of Campus Tour Guide at the Northwestern University Office of Undergraduate Admission. Previous experience includes a Private Credit Investment Internship at Apogem Capital, where significant financial analyses were conducted, and a Compliance Risk and Due Diligence Internship at Kroll, focusing on investigative research.
