Kathleen Vignos

Kathleen Vignos serves as the VP and Head of Engineering for Card Customer Resiliency at Capital One, where leadership encompasses engineering for Collections and Recoveries, including customer-facing mobile and web components, agent-facing tools, backend applications, and AWS services. Prior experience includes roles at Twitter as Director of Software Engineering, leading Infrastructure Automation and managing Effective Tools teams, as well as serving as GDPR Lead. Additionally, Kathleen held the position of Director of Engineering at WIRED, overseeing software development and technical operations. Early career experience includes founding and managing an online retail store and providing web development consulting services. Kathleen holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering from UCLABS and a Certificate in Management from Harvard Business School Online.
