Kelley Barrett

Kelley Barrett is currently a Talent Intelligence Analyst at Capital One, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Kelley gained extensive experience at MikeWorldWide from June 2022 to May 2025, progressing through various positions including Senior Research Analyst and Research Analyst, and culminating in roles such as Account Coordinator and Digital Accelerator. In early 2022, Kelley interned in Student Affairs at the University of South Carolina. Educationally, Kelley is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Relations and Communication at The George Washington University, while having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. Kelley's foundational education was completed at The Ursuline School, where a high school diploma was obtained in 2019.
