Kristy Ryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development and strategic management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Channel Strategy & Experience at Capital One since 2010, Kristy focuses on fostering relationships with small businesses, not-for-profits, schools, and cultural organizations in Chicago to enhance brand involvement in the community. Previously, Kristy was a Showroom Manager at Poya Gallery, where responsibilities included organizing trade shows, marketing events, and client consultations. Additionally, Kristy held a similar role at Design Ranch, managing showroom operations and executing high-profile events.
