Lenard Williams is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering across multiple companies. Currently at Capital One, Lenard focuses on modernizing and securing bank transaction authorization systems. Previous roles include senior positions at Eagle Technologies, Inc., where critical bugs were fixed and applications were migrated to enhance security, and at Planned Systems International, where Agile methodologies were employed to improve an Electronic Immigration System.
