Lily Da Huang is a seasoned professional in UX design and education, currently serving as Principal and Mobile Design Lead at Capital One since July 2025. Lily also holds the position of UX Design Program Education Mentor at Springboard since November 2021. Previously, Lily was Lead UX Designer at Questrade Financial Group from April 2022 to June 2025, where Lily led cross-functional teams to create user-centered experiences for digital banking, achieving a high user satisfaction rating. Additionally, Lily has extensive teaching experience, having mentored over 150 aspiring UX designers at BrainStation as Lead Educator from November 2020 to April 2024.
