Lingling Jiang

Lingling Jiang is a dedicated professional focused on driving meaningful change within organizations and communities. They currently serve as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard Kennedy School and are the Founder of the Intrapreneurs with Purpose Initiative at Harvard, aimed at fostering sustainable innovations. Previously, Lingling worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where they established social impact efforts in Greater China, and later became the first regional Social Responsibility Manager. Their educational journey includes engagements at prestigious institutions such as Schwarzman Scholars and the University of Cape Town, along with ongoing studies at Harvard Kennedy School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
