Lise Lynam is a seasoned design and strategy leader with extensive experience in financial wellbeing and customer experience. Currently serving as Director of Experience Intelligence & Strategy at Capital One, Lynam leads a design team focused on creating digital and in-person financial wellbeing tools. Lynam's previous roles include Director and Head of Financial Wellbeing at Capital One, as well as responsibilities as Head of Human Experiences Design Team, where Lynam emphasized strategic growth and resource management. Prior to Capital One, Lynam was a Senior Manager at Doblin and held positions in experience research and consulting at various firms. Lynam's early career includes significant legislative work in the U.S. House of Representatives, managing policy related to appropriations and environmental issues. Lynam holds a Master's in Human Centered Design and Innovation from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in History from Colgate University.
