Lorie Grant

Lorie Grant, PMP, SPC, CSM, CSPO, currently serves as a Sr Lead Platform Engineer (Sr. Manager) at Capital One in the Card Tech division, where responsibilities include fostering innovation and improving software engineering practices within Agile teams. Prior roles at Capital One involved leading the Developer Experience team in the Testing Center of Excellence and overseeing product engineering in the CICD Ecosystem. Earlier experience includes serving as a Principal Technologist managing end-to-end release processes in cloud environments and as an Integrated Release Manager for the Retail Bank. Lorie's career began at Tridium, where significant roles involved leading CMMI compliance processes and managing complex business initiatives as a Project Manager while also being Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Lorie holds a degree from Delaware State University.
