Marc Nahed is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Capital One since July 2025. Previously, Marc held positions as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at The Washington Post from January 2022 to July 2025. Prior to that, Marc founded Badaro Labs, working as both Founder and Software Engineer from July 2019 to January 2022. Marc's early career includes roles at General Motors, where contributions were made as an Automated Driving System Engineer, Cybersecurity Researcher, and Telematics Development Engineer from July 2017 to July 2019. Before General Motors, experience was gained at Oakland University through various roles, including Department Assistant, Research Assistant, Teacher Assistant, Career Ambassador, and Engineering Tutor while also interning as a Global Battery Development Intern during the summer of 2016. Marc holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering & Computer Engineering, respectively, from Oakland University.
