Michael Staszel

Michael Staszel is a Senior Engineering Manager at Capital One, where they lead a team of software engineers focused on transforming the audience measurement space. With over a decade of experience in adtech, Michael has developed machine learning and data pipelines, and has played key roles in projects involving real-time ad personalization and data enrichment. They previously held positions as Engineering Manager at iSpot.tv and Tech Lead at Nielsen, managing teams that built robust data pipelines and services. Michael earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
