Mike Donathan

Mike Donathan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Capital One since June 1999, currently serving as a Director. Previously, Mike held roles such as Project and Process Manager, focusing on migrating data environments to the cloud, and Product Owner for Voice, overseeing the Branded Card agile development team and managing strategy for various voice platforms. As Product Owner/Manager for Capital One Card Voice and Enterprise Telephony Project/Process Manager, Mike has directed the expansion strategy for the Enterprise Telephony platform and managed a global contact center agile team. Earlier in Mike's career, experience included roles as Project Manager and Recoveries Business Manager at Circuit City Stores, as well as Networking/Desktop Specialist, providing a strong foundation in project management and technology integration. Mike holds a degree from Emory & Henry University, earned from 1990 to 1995.
