Morgan Spencer

Morgan Spencer is a seasoned professional with a strong background in brand management, Agile transformation, and patient relations. Currently serving as a Senior Brand Program Manager at Capital One since April 2013, Morgan focuses on organizational health and talent within the Brand department, managing key programs related to onboarding, diversity, and performance management for over 200 associates. Previously, Morgan held roles as a Sr. Scrum Master, leading Agile teams to enhance customer experience through technology. Earlier experience includes clinical support at Westside Foot and Ankle Specialists and a stylist role at ANN INC. Morgan also contributed to health education initiatives at Southern Oregon University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Psychology from the same institution.
