Neha Kapadne

Neha Kapadne is a design professional currently serving as a Senior Associate in Design at Capital One since January 2024. Prior to this role, Neha gained extensive experience as a Senior User Experience Designer and Researcher at Airmeet from May 2022 to April 2023, and as a UX Designer and Researcher at Designit between March 2021 and May 2022. Previous positions include Senior Product Designer at HDFC Life from August 2019 to March 2021, Interaction Design Intern at SAP in mid-2018, and UI/UX Designer at Purple Squirrel Eduventures from July 2015 to April 2016. Neha holds a Master’s Degree in Interaction Design from the National Institute of Design (2016-2018) and an Engineer’s Degree from the University of Mumbai (2010-2014).
