Peter Rumsey

Peter Rumsey currently serves as the Head of Workforce Strategy & Operations for Card Tech at Capital One, overseeing workforce strategy, planning, analytics, and operations for the company’s largest technology line of business while managing a team of over 10 individuals to support 6,000 product managers and engineers. Previously, Peter held the position of Director of Workforce Strategy at Capital One, where workforce strategy and analytics were directed for the largest technology and product organization. Prior to Capital One, Peter was the Director of People Analytics at Nike, managing consulting, reporting, research, and product teams, as well as leading recruitment optimization efforts. Peter’s career also includes a role as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, focusing on HR, Operations, and Finance initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce management. Peter earned a degree from Vanderbilt University.
