Ralph Haro

Ralph Haro is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for US Card at Capital One since May 2019, Ralph has led the New to Credit business, overseeing business P&L and teams focused on product development, marketing, and customer management. Previous roles at Capital One include Vice President for US Card & Consumer Bank, where Ralph led marketing initiatives and strategic development. Prior to Capital One, Ralph held various positions at McKinsey & Company, ultimately becoming an Associate Partner and working with clients across multiple sectors. Early in their career, Ralph was a Trader at Goldman Sachs and served as a Legislative Aide for the U.S. House of Representatives. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
