Ray Rettino

Ray Rettino is an accomplished Data Engineer Senior Manager at Capital One, leading a team to develop Data Lake platforms for Machine Learning in the AWS cloud since August 2017. Previously, Ray served as a Senior Engineering Consultant at Columbia University, where a website content management technology strategy was architected for the Law School's Technology and Communications Departments. Ray held significant roles at Ralph Lauren as Senior Director of Technology, overseeing the re-launch of the internal communications website and mobile app, as well as at Time Inc. as Senior Director in Content Technology and APIs, where a proprietary AWS cloud-based social listening platform was created. Earlier experience includes management positions at Time Warner Inc., contributing to digital asset management and site search initiatives. Ray Rettino holds a BS in Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, and has pursued graduate studies in Computer Science at Rutgers University.
