Raymond Rizzo

Raymond Rizzo, PMP, currently serves as Manager of Project Management for Card Partnerships at Capital One, focusing on delivery, operations, and complex project management. Prior to this role, Raymond held the position of Project Manager II at Integrity, overseeing the USAID’s Peacebuilding Evaluation, Analysis, Research & Learning (PEARL) program. At Tetra Tech, Raymond managed four U.S. government programs related to democracy and governance in Latin America and contributed to business development initiatives. Other experiences include project management internships and research roles that involved significant contributions to USAID programs and high-level analyses related to governance and public diplomacy. Raymond Rizzo holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs with a focus on Latin American Studies from Georgetown University and an Honors Certificate in International Business Diplomacy from the same institution.
