Rebecca Freeman

Rebecca Freeman is an experienced professional in higher education and career advising, currently serving as a CODA Program Manager at Capital One since November 2021. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as a Career Advisor at Virginia Commonwealth University, focusing on the needs of students in transitional phases of their careers. Additional experience includes serving as a First Semester Success Advisor at Mary Baldwin University, where support was provided to online undergraduate students, and as an Academic Advisor for the online RN to B.S. program at Virginia Commonwealth University. Earlier positions include Program Coordinator for the Office of Alumni Relations and an Inter-Library Loan Student Assistant at Carrier Library. Rebecca holds a Master's of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University.
