Reena Ballard

Reena Ballard is an accomplished leader in business operations and program management, currently serving as Chief of Staff for Cyber at Capital One since April 2024. Prior to this, Reena held the position of Senior Director at Arcadia, where significant contributions included revamping the Board of Directors program, managing corporate restructuring, and guiding efforts in preparation for an IPO. Reena has extensive experience in cybersecurity and operational leadership, having served in various roles at Verizon Media and Oath, where responsibilities included leading the Office of the CISO and managing cross-departmental initiatives. Earlier roles include Senior Program Manager at AOL and Principal at Infinitive Management Consulting, showcasing a strong foundation in project management and strategic planning. Reena holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
