Sam Gager

Sam Gager is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and UX research, currently serving as Senior Director of XD Research at Capital One since April 2025. Previously, Sam was Vice President of Product/UX Research at Payoneer, where efforts focused on leveraging data and insights to support customer growth in international business. Prior roles include Senior Director of UX/Product Research for SoFi and Director of UX Research at LendingClub, where research initiatives were designed to enhance user experience and support financial decision-making. Sam's background also includes key positions at LinkedIn, Bloomberg, and various research firms, complemented by a Master’s degree in Survey Research from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from Fordham University.
