Sandy R.

Sandy R. is a seasoned municipal finance professional with over 20 years of experience. They began their career as a Program Coordinator for the International Neuropsychological Society and later served as a Credit Analyst at Banc One Leasing Corporation, where they led underwritings for municipal financings. In subsequent roles, Sandy held positions at Bank One and Capital One, ultimately rising to Vice President and Director, overseeing municipal financings. They also co-founded the Gavin Rupp I Promise #15 Scholarship Fund and previously operated Municipal Research Solutions, providing extensive research and credit analysis for various entities. Sandy holds a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Journalism/Advertising from The Ohio State University.
