Shalini Goyal

Shalini Goyal has over two decades of experience in the cyber security and technology fields, with a significant tenure at Capital One since 1999. Currently serving as a Cyber Technical Senior Manager Team Lead, Shalini oversees the development of cyber cloud security teams to protect enterprise applications from web attacks. Previous roles at Capital One include Agile Program Lead, where leadership of 13 teams ensured the protection of critical systems from cyber threats, and Delivery Lead, focusing on coaching employees in agile methodologies and driving organizational change. Earlier experience includes serving as a Testing Specialist and Software Developer. Shalini holds a Diploma of Education in International Business from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Science from Sir Vithaldas Thackersey College of Home Science.
