Tinley Melvin

Tinley Melvin serves as the Design Manager for Capital One's travel sector, focusing on product design, experience design, and design strategy since September 2024. Prior to this role, Tinley held various positions at McKinsey & Company from May 2020 to August 2024, including Principal Product Designer and Design Research Lead.
