Tom Doak is a transformational product and engineering leader with extensive experience in AI/ML, software development, and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Technical Program Management at Capital One, Tom previously held significant roles at Amazon, Nokia, and IBM, where they excelled in creating customer-focused cultures and leading globally distributed teams. Tom's accomplishments include directing product development, adopting agile practices, and leveraging generative AI technologies. They are pursuing an MBA in Finance and Organization Theory from the University of Rochester and hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Syracuse University.
