Tom Lavin

Tom Lavin is currently the Director of the New to Credit Customer Management team at Capital One, where they focus on credit line management and expanding financial access for individuals with little to no credit history. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University, Tom spent their early career in economic consulting, specializing in Life Sciences and Healthcare, and contributing to various government investigations and patent disputes. Prior to their current role, they held several positions at Capital One, including Senior Business Manager and Business Manager.
