Umair Javid

Umair Javid is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Staff/Senior Lead Software Engineer at Capital One since April 2018, Umair has been responsible for technical design and development of cross-functional application systems and has actively engaged in mentoring and guiding teams. Prior to that, Umair held various positions, including Manager and Lead Android Software Engineer at WeddingWire, as well as a consultant at i3solutions. In addition, Umair co-founded meoo in 2023 and has developed multiple Android applications as a self-employed developer since 2012. Umair holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from George Mason University.
