Yulim Kim

Yulim Kim is currently an Associate Data Analyst on the Risk Management - Data Analytics and Reporting Team (DART) at Capital One since August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the UNC Department of Computer Science and various leadership roles in Pearl Hacks, where responsibilities spanned from promoting events to managing nutrition for over 400 participants. Yulim has held multiple positions within Kappa Theta Pi at UNC-CH, including President and Treasurer, focusing on organizational enrichment, event planning, and financial management. A Data Analyst Intern at Capital One during Summer 2023, Yulim contributed to significant data projects and cost optimization initiatives. Other internships include a Technical Intern role at SAS and an Operations Ambassador position at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Yulim holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Analytics and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at The University of Texas at Austin.
