Andy Shields

Andy Shields has extensive experience in the paving and construction industry, currently serving as a Lead Hand in concrete at Capital Paving Inc. since 2019. Prior to this role, Andy worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Skilled Laborer at Coco Paving from 2010 to December 2018, focusing on heavy road and industrial projects, as well as commercial parking lots. From 2001 to 2009, Andy gained experience as a Cement Finisher and Form Carpenter with Award Contracting, specializing in residential and commercial paving. Andy is a graduate of Monsignor Doyle C.S.S., having completed studies in Mathematics from 1996 to 1999.
