Pasqual Facundo

Pasqual Facundo has over 18 years of experience in the printing and design industry. Pasqual is currently the Production Manager 2nd Shift at Capital Printing, where they oversee the Offset, Prepress, Digital and Finishing departments. Prior to their current position, they served as the Plant Manager 2nd Shift at OneTouchPoint for seven years, where they were responsible for ensuring that Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Cost were met. Pasqual also developed KPI's to track press impressions and other key metrics relative to daily operation.

Before OneTouchPoint, Facundo was with the San Antonio Business Journal as an Ad Designer for two years,copyconcepting and corporate branding for small and large companies and working to get out ads daily to meet tight deadlines. Pasqual then transitioned into the Prepress Specialist role at Ginny's Printing for six years before becoming a Prepress at AusTex printing and mailing for three years. Finally, they were a Designer at Presto Design for one year.

Facundo has strong interpersonal skills and brings the proper attitude to work every day. Pasqual is dedicated to their craft and takes pride in their work. Pasqual is a team player and is always willing to help others achieve their goals.

Pasqual Facundo has an associates degree in visual communications from The Art Institutes and a degree in fine/studio arts from San Marcos High School.
