Aditya Didolkar has a diverse work experience in the real estate and consulting industries. Aditya started their career at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, specializing in sales force effectiveness. Aditya then interned at Hodes Weill & Associates, where they focused on real estate advisory services. Aditya also worked as a Summer Associate at Macquarie Group, gaining experience in cross-border real estate acquisitions and capital sourcing. Aditya pursued a dual degree program at Cornell University, earning their MBA and MPS-RE degrees, with a focus on real estate and general management. Prior to that, they worked at Stoltz Real Estate Partners, involved in real estate acquisitions and portfolio management. Currently, Aditya works as the Director of Portfolio Management and Analytics at Capital Properties, a real estate investment and development company with a rich history of collaboration with renowned architects.
Aditya Didolkar attended Cornell University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Policy Analysis and Management. Additionally, in January 2014, they obtained a certification as a LEED Green Associate from the USGBC - National Capital Region Chapter.
