Capital Radiology
Prasanna Ratnakanthan has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Prasanna started their career as a Diagnostic Radiographer at Alfred Health in 2011 and worked in that role until 2020. During their time there, they also served as a Radiology Research Staff member. In 2020, they joined Capital Radiology as a Senior CT Technologist and later became the Chief Technologist. In 2022, they joined Capitol Health Limited as the National Cardiac Operations Manager. Prasanna has also been involved with the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy as a CT Reference Group Member. Additionally, they worked as a Sessional Lecturer at RMIT University from 2020 to 2021.
Prasanna Ratnakanthan holds a Master's degree in Computed Tomography which was obtained from Charles Sturt University in the years 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Medical Radiation Science at the same university from 2007 to 2011. Recently, in May 2022, they obtained the certification of Certified Technologist of SCCT from the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography.
