Sharon Caffel

Sharon Caffel has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Sharon most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Capital Radiology since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at DefendTex from February 2018 to November 2020. Sharon also held roles at Cotton On Group as the Group Human Resources Manager from July 2016 to June 2017, and at SKILLED Group as the Group General Manager Human Resources, General Manager Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager from 2012 to 2016. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at ANZ from 2010 to 2011 and at Pfizer Australia from 2004 to 2009.

Sharon Caffel obtained a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Monash University, completing their studies between 1995 and 1999.
