Andrew Larwood is a Managing Partner & Principal with Capital Real Estate Group | U.S. Healthcare Investment Sales. Andrew has advised and successfully closed on over $1 billion in healthcare real estate transactions. He is responsible for marketing and executing the team’s disposition assignments due to his strong relationships with public and private healthcare REITS as well as private equity groups. Andrew specializes in portfolio, multi-tenant, and single-tenant transactions, and has significant experience in forming creative deal structures that achieve the complex objectives of ownership groups. Prior to joining Capital Real Estate Group, Andrew was a Director at a middle-market investment banking firm where he headed up the healthcare investment sales group.
