Ben Woodall

en Woodall joined Capital Real Estate Group in 2020 following nearly a decade at JLL. His focus will continue to be representing office Tenants in the Atlanta area and throughout the Southeast. Ben’s practice leverages his experience at JLL where he worked alongside some of the top producers in the country on some of the largest leases in the city, which includes the Atlanta Braves relocation to The Battery (where he engineered a complex assemblage of 30 acres consisting of over 25 owners), NCR (700,000 sf build to suit relocation in Midtown) and was instrumental on the site selection and lease negotiation of Kaiser Permanente’s Midtown IT hub comprised of 160,000 square feet.

Ben’s true passion remains supporting the needs in real estate initiatives of local companies. Roughly half of Ben’s time at JLL was dedicated towards high level financial modeling of complex real estate transactions, a skill he employs across his local client base. He focuses on representing Tenants in the technology, financial, legal, non-profit and healthcare sectors.

Ben was born and raised in Atlanta and maintains a passion for hiking and golf. Ben and his wife Kara have a son, Charlie, and two dogs.
