Gottlieb’s career started at CBRE, Inc. in 2008 as the firm’s top office brokerage recruit. Throughout his tenure, he has gained a deep understanding of the Atlanta office market and the complexities surrounding lease negotiations. He diligently maintains a network of mentors and friends that are willingly provide years of business and real estate experience. Bennett has structured over 500 lease transactions for both public and private companies, across virtually all industry sectors including non-profits, legal, financial services, technology, hospitality, automotive and manufacturing.
