Josh Rees

Joshua Rees is a seasoned healthcare real estate professional currently serving as the Managing Partner & Principal of Capital Real Estate Group, where expertise in Healthcare Capital Markets is applied since December 2022. Previously, Joshua held the position of Director in the Healthcare Capital Markets sector at HREA, focusing on the Western U.S. from March 2020 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, where specialization in advising healthcare real estate owners took place, and as an Associate at Knight Frank, where asset acquisition and disposal strategies were implemented. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Property Investment and Management with First Class Honours from the University of the West of England.
