Fearna Tyndall

Fearna Tyndall is an experienced compliance specialist with a strong background in affordable housing. Since October 2019, Fearna has been with Capital Realty Group, Inc, focusing on compliance review and training for multi-family Section 8 and LIHTC communities across several states including North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Louisiana. Prior to this role, Fearna served as the Director of Compliance for Rental Homes at TradeMark Residential from April 2014 to October 2019, overseeing compliance for various affordable housing programs and managing policy writing and workflow analysis. Earlier in the career, Fearna was the Affordable Housing Manager at Dorothea Dix and worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Education includes completion of the LPN program at Durham Technical Community College from 2003 to 2004.
