Gwen Whitney-Gill

Gwen Whitney-Gill has extensive experience in community health and social services, currently serving as the Community Health Coordinator at Concord Hospital since August 2017, where responsibilities include translating strategic goals to support patient and community health needs. Prior roles include Integrated Case Manager at Concord Hospital, where collaboration with medical and behavioral health staff was essential, and Manager of Coach Development at Southern New Hampshire University, focusing on staff development and recruitment. Earlier experience includes serving as Family Support Specialist at Casey Family Services, providing direct support to children and families, and Assistant Director at the Concord Family YMCA's Child Development Center.
