Jennifer Pendleton

Jennifer Pendleton, MS, FACHE, serves as the Director of Specialty and Surgical Practices at Concord Hospital Health System since June 2015, also holding the title of Practice Administrator for Concord Hospital Medical Group. In addition, Jennifer Pendleton has been the President and Chairwoman of Women in Healthcare Management since October 2018 and previously served as President of the International Association of Women from 2015 to 2019. Prior experience includes a tenure as Site Manager at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, where responsibilities encompassed the management of administrative and financial operations of the Lahey Institute of Urology, oversight of specialty practice locations, and the coordination of patient care and financial assistance programs. Jennifer Pendleton holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Curry College.
