Maria Noel Groves

Maria Noel Groves, RH (AHG), is a clinical herbalist and freelance journalist with extensive experience in herbal consultations, teaching, and writing. Since July 2007, Groves has operated Wintergreen Botanicals, LLC, providing herbal and health consultations and teaching courses across New Hampshire. Groves has contributed to various publications, serving as a health editor and columnist for Herb Quarterly and as a freelance writer for The Daily Tea and Remedies Magazine. Notable authored works include "Body into Balance" and "Grow Your Own Herbal Remedies," both best-selling titles. Groves is a registered herbalist with the American Herbalists Guild and has been involved with the NH Herbal Network as founder and president since 2007. Additional roles include contract educator at Concord Hospital and adjunct faculty at Nashua Community College. Groves holds a BA in English/Journalism from the University of New Hampshire and is a certified clinical herbalist from the Southwest School of Botanical Medicine.
