Michelle Michael-Korn

Michelle Michael-Korn is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Administrative Director of Access Value Stream at Concord Hospital Health System since September 2023. Prior roles include Director of Nursing for Emergency Services at Crouse Health from June 2019 to September 2023, Director of Emergency Services at Finger Lakes Health from August 2016 to June 2019, and Director of Nursing Emergency Services at Samaritan Medical Center from 2014 to August 2016. Michelle began a career in nursing as a Nurse Manager at Highland Hospital from 2004 to September 2014. Educationally, Michelle holds a Master’s in Leadership and Administration from the University of Rochester (2012-2013), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Roberts Wesleyan University (2008-2010), and an Associate’s degree in Nursing from Genesee Community College (2007-2008).
