Ronald Yap, MD, MBA, is a Urologist and the Director of the Men's Health Program at Concord Hospital Health System since July 2006, where a comprehensive program focusing on male urologic health, including BPH, prostate cancer, and male voiding dysfunction, has been established. In addition to clinical responsibilities, Ronald Yap has held various leadership roles, including Emeritus Trustee and former Chairman of Concord Hospital Trust, where guidance was provided during the COVID-19 pandemic to align philanthropic efforts with community needs. As a Medical Staff Secretary/Treasurer, governance contributions were made while overseeing medical staff funds, and as a Utilization Management Physician Advisor, Ronald Yap ensured appropriate resource utilization within the hospital system.
