Shannon Boudreau

Shannon Boudreau, MBA, PMA, has extensive experience in healthcare technology and management, currently serving as an Application Analyst/Project Manager in Communications at Concord Hospital since November 2002, previously holding roles including Desktop Support Technician and Assistant Practice Manager. In these positions, Shannon provided critical support and training on electronic medical records, managed billing operations, and handled various support tasks for the organization. Prior to Concord Hospital, Shannon was an Executive Assistant at CIGNA Healthcare from 2000 to 2002. Shannon holds an MBA with a specialization in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, and an Associate degree in Business Computer Applications from Mount Washington College.
